  • Termination & Cancellation: Procedures and implications of terminating the contract from either side, including fees applicable for work completed up to that point.

  • Liability Limitations: Disclaimer of warranties and limitations of liability regarding the use and performance of the delivered product or service.

  • Dispute Resolution: Guidelines for resolving disagreements or conflicts through negotiation or, if necessary, legal avenues.
